Exterior Design -
A combination of brick, stone, wood, aluminum, or vinyl

Outbuildings - Outbuildings are permitted with approval from the developer and local authorities

Fences, Pools, Tennis Courts, Etc. - May be permitted with developer’s approval

Driveways and Sidewalks - Driveways must be asphalt or concrete
